"My partner and I moved to Munich from the UK recently but much of the stress that can accompany a move to a different country has been alleviated by the welcome and help given to us by the team at 54 Prinzregentenstrasse. Contrary to what many English people think, the paperwork associated with the Lease was minimal and once we had moved to Germany the team here accompanied us to the various Government offices where we needed to register our presence. Without their help, that could have been a challenge! When we arrived, we were even supplied with food and drink for our first evening and breakfast, which we have never experienced with any other property we have rented! And our dog found a new bed waiting for him...Now that we are settled in the team continue to be most helpful and any of the small teething problems always associated with a new rental have been dealt with efficiently within 24 hours. The building and apartment are kept scrupulously clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and am more than happy to be contacted directly if you would like to speak to me personally"
